Today (Wednesday 10th of August) the Shearwater class went on their annual whale watch trip! We saw a huge sperm whale, dolphins, albatross and many other birds. Here are a few pictures from our experience, enjoy!
We went… We measured… We built! (and still building) We are building our maths skills by measuring objects around our school and building them in Minecraft on iPads.
We are building so many skills including our writing and publishing skills. We have been trying out Google Drive and Google Docs for writing. Next step… collaborating!
Here we are playing games and having extra fun on the last day of term 2 2016.
Here we are learning about soccer.
Here we are sharing some food in celebration of Matariki this year.
Fly those kites Shearwaters!
We took turns putting people into places where we thought a tree could be planted.
